The Addiction Treatment Providers Association and the New York Association of Drug Treatment Court Professionals invites nominations for two distinct awards to be distributed at the 7th Annual Criminal Justice Conference on November 19th at Kingsborough Community College. The awards are the Rosalie Cuva Outstanding Services Award and theTreatment Professional Award. The criteria for each award consist of the following:

Rosalie Cuva Outstanding Services Award: This award will acknowledge an individual's efforts and accomplishments in the areas of personal recovery, self improvement and commitment to people and community.

Treatment Professional Award: This award will be presented to an individual or organization that exemplifies a significant commitment to giving back to a community, assisting others in the treatment field to change their lives, and promotes opportunities for treatment and recovery in the criminal justice system.

The nominator must submit:

• the attached nomination form
• the nominee's bio
  
• the nominee's qualifications (less than one page)
  

Deadline for submission is September 30, 2010.
